In Q4 2021 to Q1 2022 we at Lup Technologies performed a study of logistics hubs’ onsite logistics (big thanks to those that participated). The study has now been summarized and we gained some new learnings about the key events taking place onsite when managing truck arrivals:
- Gate management – how logistics hubs do arrival planning of trucks and how logistics hubs carry out the arrivals
- Check-in – how logistics hubs do safety communication
- Loading / Unloading – how logistics hubs manage their visitors waiting for loading or unloading and how they call-in the trucks for the same events
